    FAQ

    Good to know

    Is Remove EXIF lossless?

Images are rasterized and re-encoded. PNG keeps decoded pixels losslessly; JPEG and WebP use lossy encoding. This is not a byte-for-byte metadata edit.

Does it remove GPS and change my original?

EXIF including camera and GPS fields is not copied to the new file. The original is unchanged. Visible information in the pixels is not removed.
